Our family enjoyed the spacious room, perfect for cooking our meals during our ski vacation. The friendly staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs, even during the busy holiday season. It helped make our stay enjoyable and convenient.

the location was terrific for exploring nearby parks, with west river front park just a short walk away and a few local restaurants like potbelly sandwich shop nearby made it easy to grab a quick bite while enjoying my city adventures.

Wi-Fi was good, but room cleanliness was definitely below standard.

I had a great experience at this place! The setup with cooking facilities was perfect for our stay, and the little extras like the ironing board and hairdryer really made a difference. The cleanliness was a huge plus too, unlike many other places I've been.

The bed was comfortable and the reading chair was comfy too. Despite the long wait for check-in, the attendant was really good-she made me feel welcomed.

Over three nights, these annoyances compounded, making the overall experience less enjoyable.

I needed a quiet spot to escape for the night, and the room was clean and comfy. Plus, it was super peaceful!

The local dining scene was a total win! Potbelly Sandwich Shop served up some bomb sandwiches, and I loved enjoying my meal outside in the picnic area. Plus, Starbucks was just a hop away for my daily caffeine fix.

However, the place felt a bit sketchy, with some questionable folks around. The staff seemed stretched thin, struggling to keep up—don’t expect much beyond the bare minimum.
